Our Diagnostic fee is $150 flat, and it’s waived if you proceed with the repair. From there you get a written quote before any work begins. No surprise invoices. No “parts plus labor plus handling plus shipping” we price our work to be competitive with what your budget can actually support. Not what the market will bear.
We Service the Manikins OEMs Have Moved On From
Just because the manufacturer no longer supports your model doesn’t mean it can’t be repaired. Resus Werks services out of warranty and discontinued units that OEM have effectively abandoned. IF the hardware can be fixed, we’ll fix it. Extending the working life of equipment you’ve already invested in.
While delaying costly full replacements. Older High-fidelity manikins are still capable training tools. We believe that programs shouldn’t be forced into premature replacement simply because the OEM moved on.
