The Advantage

Why Resus Werks

OEM channels were built for new sales not aftermarket service. We were built for the opposite.

Built specifically for Sim Labs that can’t afford downtime.

When a high-fidelity manikin goes down, your training schedule doesn't wait. Every week it sits in an OEM queue is a week your students aren't learning critical skills. There's a better way.

The OEM Model Wasn't Designed for You.

  • The typical OEM repair cycle runs 6-10 weeks. You ship the unit, hear nothing for at least a month, and get a quote you can’t budget around. Your Sim lab sits idle while your program pays for equipment it cant use.

  • OEM quotes arrive weeks after you’ve already shipped the manikin, and spent the money on shipping. There’s no flat-rate breakdown, no upfront estimates, just an invoice weeks later. Your budget planning becomes guess work.

  • IF your manikin is more than a few years old, OEM support starts to disappear. Discontinued models are often left with no service option at all, forcing programs into an expensive early replacement.

  • OEM service departments exist to support sales of new equipment and warranty issues. Your repair request competes with warranty work, product recalls and new unit onboarding. Aftermarket repairs aren’t their core business. They are ours.

Every Decision we’ve made, from pricing to turnaround to the way we communicate, was made with one customer in mind- the Sim Lab Director trying to keep training on schedule with a budget that doesn’t stretch.

Speed When It Matters.

  • While OEM Repairs average 6-10 weeks, most Resus Werks repairs completed in days to weeks. We diagnose fast, communicate clearly and get your equipment back on the training floor. If your manikin is critical to a scheduled course, tell us. We will work around your schedule not ours.

Transparent Pricing from the First Call

  • Our Diagnostic fee is $150 flat, and it’s waived if you proceed with the repair. From there you get a written quote before any work begins. No surprise invoices. No “parts plus labor plus handling plus shipping” we price our work to be competitive with what your budget can actually support. Not what the market will bear.

We Service the Manikins OEMs Have Moved On From

  • Just because the manufacturer no longer supports your model doesn’t mean it can’t be repaired. Resus Werks services out of warranty and discontinued units that OEM have effectively abandoned. IF the hardware can be fixed, we’ll fix it. Extending the working life of equipment you’ve already invested in.

  • While delaying costly full replacements. Older High-fidelity manikins are still capable training tools. We believe that programs shouldn’t be forced into premature replacement simply because the OEM moved on.

You deal directly with the person doing the work

  • There is no call center, no dispatch queue, no third-party technician showing up with a parts catalog he’s never read. We’ve merged the concept of technician and service advisor into one person. You speak with the person who will actually diagnose and repair your equipment.
